The house

Set back from Elizabeth Street, the house is organized around a brick courtyard that does the work of a garden room. The kitchen and dining room open to it with steel doors.

Upstairs are three bedrooms and a small study. The systems, roof, and kitchen were replaced in 2021. It is a family house with the noise of the street kept at the front.
